LA TECNICA PERMETTE LA POSA IN OPERA IN SOTTERRANEO DI CONDOTTE RIGIDE MEDIANTE PERFORAZIONE A SPINTA MONITORATA E DIREZIONABILE.

Lo scavo del microtunnel avviene mediante l’avanzamento di “conci” di tubazione che costituiranno la linea e di un’unità di perforazione (‘scudo’), comandata in superficie, spinta da martinetti idraulici situati nella camera di partenza ed agenti per il tramite di un anello ripartitore (anello di spinta).THIS TECHNIQUE USES A REMOTE-CONTROLLED GUIDED MICROTUNNEL BORING MACHINE (MTBM) TO LAY UNDERGROUND RIGID PIPELINES.

Microtunneling combines a pipe jacking technique with a remote-controlled boring or shield machine. The thrusting force is distributed by hydraulic jacks located in the MTBM front section and operated by a thrust ring.

Microtunneling can be used for underground pipe installation in any kind of geological conditions, even below groundwater, by means of a controlled-thrust, line and grade tolerance guaranteed system.
